is
in algebraic number theory and I love teaching. I enjoy life

MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION COURSE
I am now certified to teach meditation and mindfulness to Howard students through the
Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (formerly Koru Institute).
NEXT CLASS: (four meetings only) MIEA Basic class on Feb 4, 11, 18, 25.
Just four classes total: 6:15 to 7:30pm.
Email me if you wish to join.
My first class was from July 13 to August 3, 2021.
The second class was on Sep 21, 28, Oct 5 and 12 of 2021.
Third class was Jan 25, Feb 1, Feb 8 and Feb 15 of 2022.
We also had classes in fall and spring of 2022, 2023 and 2024.
It is for beginners, and would help you to learn to manage stress, deal with difficult situations, develop calmness and concentration, and finally, compassion for yourself and others.
There are no exams or grades and only four classes but you have to attend all four.
My full meditation website including schedule of meetings and other resources.
For example, I also facilitate a meditation gathering (primarily for Howard, but open for all), online, on mondays at 6pm.
Email me for invitation.
